UTO’s latest track comes in the form of a cover of “Windmills of Your Mind” the Academy Award winning song performed by Noel Harrison for the 1968 film The Thomas Crown Affair.
The band was attracted to the sublime melody written by Michel Legrand and ‘perfect’ lyrics of Alan and Marilyn Bergman. Recording a version of one of the most covered and ubiquitous songs of all time presented an interesting challenge to UTO, one that was met with their wholly unique unique sound and musical identity.
