Contrøverse
Contrøverse is the new alias of Fabrizio Rizzin, Barcelona-based producer and former member of the long-running experimental duo Downliners Sekt. Stitching together his myriad influences and asserting masterful control over his equipment, Fabrizio premieres his new solo project with « Solid State / Liquid Love », a pair of deceptively simple dancefloor tracks.
On his second EP « Same thing, different » he dives deeper into the heady-and-complex yet brutally functional aesthetic he first explored, to deliver a new exciting whirlwind of garage punk spontaneity and grooving funk basslines. A way of looking the “same things“ very differently.
